★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is quite happy here and is starting to visit with the other residents. The personnel are very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Mom is comfortable here after have her own home the past 30 years and likes Osseo.

PositiveWe chose Benedictine Living Community because it was the closest to us and she was able to age in place and stay in memory care. It is a nice and clean environment. Another reason we chose this facility was because if/when your loved one runs out of money, they do accept elderly waiver here. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

PositiveThe staff have been super friendly and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. It's a little community, so that has its advantages. It's personal and all that. However, that can have its disadvantages as well. For instance, if the person who does the maintenance is sick that day, it doesn't get done until the next day. But it's been a good experience overall. My loved one actually really likes the food. And she likes it there in general. It has been really good for.

CriticalIt's a smaller community with a a homey environment, and there's a warm feeling when you come in. I would just advise that you ask a lot of questions about the care that they provide, and all the different options that are available, as I would have initially done some things differently had I known what I know now. My loved one started out in Assisted Living, where they have 8 different levels of care. He ended up at the top of those care levels, which was quite expensive. And then they weren't able to accommodate…

CriticalIt is to the point now My grandma is having to wear a camera so we can find out what's going on and take the action we need to so she isn't mistreated. My grandmother moved here recently and the office staff and facility seem nice however the staff who cares for them is not so nice behind the scenes. They don't speak English which in itself isn't an issue but it makes it very difficult to communicate to assit my grandma with her needs. One particular person [name removed] is extremely hard for my grandma to deal wi…

CriticalA nice facility in a nice small-town-feel area where you can walk to what you need, if walking is an option. The single rooms are decent size and clean. There is no staff to be found on the weekends!! You have to look hard to find anyone except the food prep staff. The food is fair at best and mostly from a can, so not overly healthy but comforting to a certain age group. The price is on the lower side which reflects the lack of staff. The flip signs on the doors are a joke since no one is there to see them and act…
