PositiveWe toured Cerenity Residence - White Bear Lake. It was fine. It was an older facility, and the units were smaller, which worked better for us. They provide the main appliances; if you want a microwave, you'll need to bring one. They have outdoor space, and it looks nice. The staff was kind and informative.

PositiveCompassionate, helpful & caring staff who treat residents as family, friendly residents, fun activities. My dad enjoyed his stay at his spacious apartment, delicious meals, exercise class, Bingo, parties/celebrations, summer pontoon rides…

CriticalMy first visit was several days after mom became a residence I found nothing about the place I liked. We had to walk considerable distance to get to room. Wait way too long on-call button she has bladder problem), food tasteless. meds not always on time, too much visiting at aides station, lack of caring and loving environment, wastebasket not emptied for several days, crumbs on floor, many of the people in her dining area are not able to carry on conversations wheras she can - its her body giving away. Many tears …
