Excellent facility

My husband did a partial daycare, but only for a day at Benton House of Staley Hills. They were quite friendly and knowledgeable. He was in memory care. He didn't have a room because he was just going and coming for a few hours. He was able to use the community area. They had a suite kitchenette for all the patients, and they had lunch in that little area. To me, it seemed so new and very well-kept. Respite Care at Benton House if Staley Hills

The staff was kind and caring. Communication between employees at shift change was poor and unorganized. Husband needed help with showering, but he did not receive it. Meals were mediocre. He could not adjust to living in a memory care environment, but that was not a fault of the facility. He apparently needs more one on one care that provides him a better sense of security.

Positive experience

So far it has been a positive experience, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dining is transitioning with new staff and they are listening to the residents making positive changes. The facility is clean and maintained. The maintenance department is very attentive to the residents wants and needs.

Great Management and highly recommend for your loved ones.

The people are very friendly and the facility is clean. They have a great executive director which helps tremendously. I would definitely recommend Benton House of Staley Hills to anyone.
