PositiveI went to look at Bethea Retirement Community. They have private rooms and semi-private rooms. In the semi-private, each person has their own bedroom. What they share is like a foyer that has an armoire that they share. They also share a bathroom just for the sink and toilet. They were taken somewhere else for their showers. PositiveBethea Retirement Community is the best place to go if you need to rehabilitate from an illness or injury. I stayed here in October and November of this 2021 year. I was most comfortable and very happy during my stay. I was pleased that it was a Christian Based Community. They also have assisted living and home ownership available. PositiveI'm moving next week into Bethea Baptist. The accommodations that they presented to me were nice. They are redoing the apartment. It's going to fit my expectations. The meal plan is good. The location is good. The personnel seem to be very nice. They have three meals a day. They have a swimming pool available nearby. They have a fish pond, and the grounds were really nice. They've been very nice and helpful explaining everything to me, and they have left me with no questions.

PositiveFor a senior citizen, I think Bethea Retirement Community is all encompassing. They had a lot of amenities and it's more in a rural setting, but it has a very nice dining hall. We looked at several of the room accommodations, and like most of these facilities, they have transportation to local areas, day trips, and to doctors' appointments.
