★★★★★
PositiveMy friend is in a one bedroom apartment. It is just the right size for one person. The kitchenette is very small but she really doesn't use it much. She loves the food and enjoys her dining area. The staff are very nice and watch out for her. The only concern I have had is that she has had some incontinence issues and her apartment smells. Her furniture needs to be cleaned but that may be something I need to do.
★★★★★
PositiveLooks like a nice place. [name removed] was very cordial and informative. She answered all my questions. What they had available just did not meet our needs. I've heard good things about Bickford.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have been super helpful in making Nola feel welcome and dealing with her dementia issues. Her apartment is just the right size for her now, she's in a one bedroom. She is eating well and loves the food. The staff have been very accommodating when I need to bring belongings in to her room or take things out. My only issue has been some communication issues but that hasn't happened often.

And so that was something that I guess turned me off. They showed a one-bedroom, but the square foot I felt was too small compared to the other place. The staff was very friendly, very helpful. We checked out the kitchen and the restaurant there. They looked very good. They didn't have two floors, so there were more people crammed into one a…
