PositiveMy aunt has lived there for some time and we have always been satisfied with her care, but since the new manager came on board, the difference has been noticeable. Meals are really good, and the staff seem more motivated. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and you can tell the new manager really cares about her job and the people who live there. Highly recommend.

CriticalI visited Black Hawk Senior Living for my mother. I personally like it. I thought it had a very homey atmosphere, like it wasn't so sterile looking and had more warmth. The facility used to be a formal hotel, so it had a very nice dining room. Not all of the rooms were small, but the one that was available was quite small -- adequate but small.
