This is a terrible place they only take you if you have connections tried to get a family member in and was turned down he had been a car accident they said he would be to much when they didn't know him very rude wouldn't take my dog there

We had a very bad experience trying to place my brother for rehabilitation after he had a stroke. The intake person was very rude and claimed information about my brother which was false. She lied to us stating she had give his information to her boss which was not the case. I would never use this service!

Boutwells Landing was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. They had very nice people. The only thing I did not like or couldn't handle was the price. The people I met during the tour were very helpful, very polite, kind, and just helpful. Everything was clean, bright, and nice, even the garage was clean.

We have now lived at Boutwells Landing for over 7 years. The entire experience has been absolutely outstanding. Wife and I are now 89 and 90 years old respectively and continue to participate in all the wonderful activities available here at Boutwells. Exercise classes in the gym and pool, movies in our own little theater room, walking every day on the extensive outdoor paths, game room play, wonderful library, lunch every day in the excellent restaurant and best of all help and care of the devoted staff. We were looking at Boutwells Landing for assisted living. My parents will still have to go through an assessment, but I think they'll be fine with this place. It's a big facility. It's located on a hundred-some acre property. They got quite a bit of level of care for memory care and assisted living. They even have condos that are on the properties. People in their 50s and 60s can move into the condo, and then if they get older and need to move into other places, they can work their way up the ladder …

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom was a resident of Boutwells Landing. We didn't want to keep her there because it was too pricey. It's a very nice facility, well-maintained, and lots of friendly staff. They got the transitional care unit there. They've got a gym, they've got a movie theater. They've got a lot of amenities, and a couple of different restaurants. I haven't eaten there, but my mom said the food there was very good. They have their own chef there, so they have a lot of them.
