CriticalMy loved one was previously a resident at Brentwood Retirement Community and the experience at this facility was terrible. Many bad things are happening in that place and I do not trust them. My loved one had over $[removed] in cash in a wallet and it disappeared. No one had access to his apartment other that the people working there. I would not recommend this facility to anyone for their loved ones.

CriticalIt is a DREADFUL place. Mold all over buildings, property is not maintained, food can't be eaten so I fed mom. Don't send anyone there....assisted or independent. They don't AC kitchen and dining area all the time. No activities and high staff turnover. I wouldn't send my dog there. The sales people make thousands and thousand and thousands off a placement too. They don't care. I saw non medical person had a prescription to a client too. This is a hard area for AL

CriticalOutside is disgusting. It needs a complete overhaul landscaping needs work. Everything outside needs work. I don't know about the food because she never eats there. Not too many activities and not happy that the pool is not opened the one bedroom apartment it's OK the staff is very nice just understaffed like every place else.
