My mother's apartment feels like a home. All staff is very responsive, respectful, kind and honest. The chef and servers are very good even when residents are impatient. The nurses are on top of health and wellness with a gym for rehab and exercise. The cleaning staff and night team/laundry do a very nice job. I wouldn't be surprised if every employee knew every resident name. The office staff has attended to every question swiftly. The monthly town hall meetings are true community relations. I visited the assisted living facility of Bridgepointe Gardens in Jeffersonville, and I thought everything was gorgeous. The rooms were big enough, and when I walked in, the lobby was clean and neat. The people were there talking and having a good time. All the staff members were very helpful. They have activities like bingo and card games, and there's a pool table there. There are also people who come in once a month and entertain. The dining room was very beautiful. I also didn't see anything dirty anyw…

I toured the assisted living section of Bridgepointe Gardens in Jeffersonville, and I have chosen it for myself. I thought they had the most to offer for the best price. I like how you're not squished into a small room. You have a bedroom, a large bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Many of the rooms in other places are not very large, and I can't imagine living in one room for the rest of my life. They also accept dogs, so I like that about the place.
