I am/was a resident of this facility

Horror show stay away. I had to sign myself out after 19 hrs AMA for my safety. Rooms are poor shape that are sheared rooms bathrooms are very small non handicapped with no showers, and just 4ft form my bed (great smells). Staff would no give me dinner after asking 3 time over 3hrs was told kitchen was close same deal at breakfast. Roommate mate would not stop make problems with staff to the point staff would not come to room. Roommate pissed over floor and staff would not clean it up and left it on the floor all n…

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to allow your family member or friend to be placed here. The care is terrible. My mom went there for rehab for a broken bone. She was left sitting for hours to the point she developed extreme bedsores that got infected. Her bed was broken so she couldn’t elevate her head and developed pneumonia. The food was terrible and she couldn’t eat it or reach the tray because of the broken bed, so she basically began to starve. She ended back in the hospital with pneumonia and infection through he…

Rooms are very dirty, Staff lies on records and do not do their job. Its like social hour for staff does not take care of patients. Never once did they ask if patient needed anything or how is was feeling. Don't sent long ones here unless you want them to die.

The rooms are filthy. Tv,s don't work most of the time. I see alot of the staff on their cell phones ignoring residents. I had a nurse forget to give my loved one his nightly medication. If i wasn't there he would've never received it. It's very difficult to have anyone return phone calls. Alot of incompetent people working there.

My wife is currently a resident on the 2nd floor at Bridgewater. The staff is pleasant. But one, particular aide named ANGEL is very nice, attentive and respectful. And, as-far-as her care, it's pretty good, but there are areas that need improvement.

My father left this facility in bad shape. He couldn’t even stand up or walk. They always put filthy clothes on him if he was even dressed in clothes at all. Some pants actually had dried up feces on them. Room was dirty . Many times my dad was laying in a bed of crumbs. So much bad stuff I can’t even fit it all in the space. The staff downstairs was very friendly upon entering, but that’s about as far as at went. I would never recommend a loved one here. I’m not sure how this place is still open.
