I can’t say Mom doesn’t complain, but I understand why she does. For the level of money being spent, I don’t feel the overall experience matches the cost. The workers who care for my mother are amazing, and I truly appreciate the compassion and effort they show her. Great in 2025 but slipping in 2026

What we like the most about Grainhouse Grove is the consistency of care. Good food and snacks. Activities and accommodations. Clean facilities and open areas.

It's a smaller facility which is perfect for my Dad. The place is always clean. Fellow residents are wonderful, kind and caring people. Staff are outstanding. I haven't encountered anyone yet who doesn't put effort into their job and care about all of the residents. My Dad does not like the food, and I've heard other residents complain as well. Helpful with setting up and assisting families . It recommended for more high functioning people. My mom is more high functioning than the people that lived there so it wasn't a fit for her . I was disappointed they don't assist with rides to doctors appointments
