Staff is cheerful and friendly. While a nurse is on staff during the week, no doctor comes in for even annual checkups. Medication follow ups are very slow unless family steps in to facilitate. The head nurse has changed since [name removed] came there. Food is getting good reviews. Activities are plentiful and enjoyable. Weekends are pretty quiet. [ Name Removed] was absolutely one of the brightest stars on Staff. The front desk clerks are always so nice and friendly. The facilities are clean and well maintained. My mother moved in about 7 months ago and has met several friends and she has become active in many different activities from exercise groups to card playing. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful and has been decorated to make Mom feel loved. Family pictures are beautifully displayed. Underground parking is wonderful, the meals are always delicious…

Very quick to respond to requests if something needs attention. Other residents go out of their way to be helpful. Very close to groceries and pharmacy. Seems like everyone there is happy. They could maybe have a few more options for activities. They don't have a lot of space for some things. So overall they do good with what they have.
