Sometimes smells but it's hard not to since so many people wear diapers. The staff are very friendly. Lots of turnover and sometimes they seem understaffed. Always available and they respond quickly. Food seems bland. Activities is a 5+, there's always something to do and they always try to include my dad. Their rate is very fair for the level of care

I was at Broadway Creek Senior Living's assisted living after my hospital stay, but now I'm home. I would rate them two because when I rang my buzzer they wouldn't even come into the room, and they didn't make my bed for a month. Some of the staff members were good and some were not. I had surgery on my ankle, and I woke up one night with a terrible pain in my ankle. I called the office, and they didn't have anyone to help me because they didn't have any nurses on duty during the night…
