Everyone was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They offered 4 different sizes with various options. So several options for cost. Family member is just getting settled. So far so good.

The facilities are very clean, there are lots of activities going on every day, the dining room was safe, clean, accessible. The staff are friendly and approachable. My dad is very happy living at Broadwell.

CriticalDo not have your loved one go to this memory care facility, you will regret it.
My mom was in the assisted-living originally and then moved into memory care. These numbers are regarding memory care. I ended up moving her out of there because it was so bad. The memory care facility has received multiple complaints. It is very hard to understand the staff. A lot of the caregivers need much more training would not recommend this memory care facility.

Lot of staff turnover in the past year. Broadwell was bought by The Waters. Although I think it will be for the better, with that came new administration, increased costs, etc
