Overall it has been good. The working staff have been Great. The management staff is lacking. It's hard to find any upper management on duty and difficult to get answers. The cleanliness could use some improvement. I know they are dealing with patients that can be difficult at times, but they need to be firmer about dining, baths, and changing clothing. Overall a bad experience! What they could improve on would be Communication! My husband was sent to the ER several times because they were unable to change his catheter! I was not even notified! I called the morning of [date removed] to see how my husband was doing and the person said flippantly, "Oh, he died"!!!! No compassion at all! I would never recommend Brookdale Goodlettsville to anyone!

I would not recommend this place to anybody! They lied about having PT, & wound care! My mother got a uti they didn't treat it so she ended up in the hospital! The food was gross! They put the patients to bed @ 6pm, so they could be on their phone or smoke! Gave the meds way too late
