CriticalStarted out good, fell apart fast. Moved my sis out after two months. Little to no communication, empty promises, lack of medical care, maintenance was an absolute zero. I can't speak of the Senior Living aspect, however regarding the Assisted Living/Alzheimers care, seek elsewhere.

CriticalThe nurses and nurses aides who cared directly for my dad, were wonderful. The room was clean, big, and filled with light. Unfortunately he was only there for 2 weeks before he started falling a lot, and then got a UTI, which caused erratic, aggressive behavior that was at first not even attributed to the UTI (it should have been). After multiple falls and trips to the local ER, the Vantage Pointe doctor sent him to the Centennial Hospital psychiatric floor, to treat the UTI and tweak his meds to hopefully tone dow…

PositiveApartment room is clean, food selection is minimal, food quality on scale 1 to 10 is a 5, cost on the high side, equipment maintenance washer, elevators, entrance electric doors, WIFI service poor weeks to get repairs, drive services to appointments does not exist, staffing on weekends poor, but over all it has been a good place for her
★★★★★
PositiveMany of my lower scores are heavily influenced by my mother's criticisms. However, we do like how the community is always clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and has a homey vibe. The rooms are spacious and light-filled. I really appreciated the open communication between the nurses and families. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dad was in a safe place with people who really cared about him
★★★★★
PositiveAfter a month in at Vantage Pointe Village I am pleased to say we made the right choice. Mom is very happy in this facility. All personnel are very friendly and accommodating. Food is good per mom. Residents are happy and friendly. She made friends the first day there. Lots of activities to do, exercise programs and movies several days of the week. Facility is neat and clean and her room is cleaned weekly. Vantage Pointe has more of a hotel atmosphere than an assisted living facility. Its a nice place.
