PositiveOverall good, communication needs improvement
The staff is pleasant, helpful. Facility is clean and well kept. Food is excellent. Activities are geared toward the independent living residents, so there is not much the assisted living residents can really participate in, which is sad for Mom. Nursing staff does not communicate with me about Mom's care even though I have POA and have asked repeatedly to be kept informed about her care. That's annoying, but we had the same issue at her previous place too.

The housekeeping team is excellent. Transportation and all the drivers are wonderful. I enjoy my experience in the dining room and really think the servers do an excellent job. The beauty shop does a great job and has a friendly hairdresser. The entertainment has lots of variety and social gathering a great way to meet new people

I give this community five stars for the events that they throw. I highly enjoyed the Hollywood Knights event. The decorations with the red carpet were wonderful. The entertainment was outstanding. I absolutely loved the meatballs shrimp and the fruit they know how to throw an event they know how to throw an event
