PositiveHalls and Lobby are carpeted, which helps with being more quiet than others we visited with all tile floors. Wide Hallways in resident areas with handrails. Very clean facility. All the staff were pleasant, many have been there for years. Very good size studio apartments with a mini-kitchen area with sink and frig. The studio we picked-out has 2 large storage closets and the window view overlooks Sycamore trees. Good size screened porch. Residents all seemed happy, easy to chat with. Seemed to be clean. Staff was nice. Communication was good at the beginning. My mom passed before she moved in. Communication became difficult from the accounting department when trying to get a refund. Was able to get some of the money back that was prepaid, but don't feel we were treated fairly in the end.
