Brookdale Lexington AL/MC (NC)

Comfortable with my loved ones care.

Communication between staff, admin and families needs some improvement. No direct phone line to memory care area for questions or concerns. He is clean and dressed. No smells unless I get there at the right time for BM.. The area is clean and meals seem to be appetizing. I would recommend and have to several acquaintances. Is it perfect? No but I am very comfortable for my loved one to be there.

Staff has been kind and caring. Overall clean and food looks good. At times the memory care area is a little dark. There are large windows that look at outdoor space but hallways are dim. It's still the best place for my husband and for me to have him there!

The staff can be commendable for going beyond care. These employees go the extra mile. Shoutouts to Jasmine, Bri and Priscilla!!! Special shoutout to Michelle. She has people skills beyond what is expected!

Treats you like family

They run out of ordinary things like butter and jelly and maple syrup. The staff are so caring and helpful. They treated my mom like family. If she has to return to assisted living I would definitely let her go back there.

Met [name removed] and was given all the information about the facility, staff, and the different services Brookdale provided. The tour was very interesting since it answered a lot of our questions and concerns. We will continue to keep in contact with [name removed] and hopefully be a part of the Brookdale family.
