Brookdale Mentor (Offering HealthPlus)

My mom is thriving. Brookdale is a great fit for her stage in life.

Everyone there has been so kind and seems so happy to be working there. The room size is just right for a older person. My mom loves that there are so many different places or rooms to be, she doesn't get bored just with the same old view. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mentor to others looking for care for a loved one.

It was a nice, informative tour of Brookdale. We are just at the “gathering information “ stage and appreciated the time spent with us.

Liked everything about this facility. Could see my loved one thriving in that environment. Rooms were a good size and nicely appointed. Common areas would definitely promote Socialization. The area was tucked away but easily accessible. And I definitely liked the security.

I toured the Memory Care Portion, because in our meeting with [name removed] it was Determined that my Mom would best be suited for that area. This was Good to know early on. We even met her Potential Roommate! The place is Very Nice! [name removed] was very knowledgeable and he was very Friendly!

We are paying the highest amount you can pay but my mom gets a lot of attention. What we like the most about the community is that the staff - both the nurses and the administrative staff. They seem to genuinely care. We love that there are a LOT of activities.

The folks that work here are exceptional. Very friendly will bend over backwards doing things for you. All you have to do is ask. The building itself is very nice. It’s it’s very nice. The only complaint I got I guess is not knowing upfront and this may be my fault what things cost so if I ask for something I know that’s gonna cost ex number dollars so I would like to see that approved where people are informed and upfront of what items cost so we know that either we can order this and pay for it or not.
