The Residence of Chardon

Love this place!

My stepfather moved in here in January. It has been wonderful!! all of the employees, the residents and the food are wonderful! I visit almost daily and I have never had a bad experience. Everybody here is always friendly. Always asking my stepdad if he needs anything making sure he knows to come down for meals and they know what his favorite foods are, and I’ll let him know when they’re on the menu! Very clean facility would recommend to anybody!

5 star assisted living in facility!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the assistant living home where my mom resides. From the moment she moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. The staff is wonderful and attentive. They could use another aid on each shift; there is 2 on now could use 3. [name removed] at the front desk is very kind and helpful and the nurses are wonderful! The building is very clean and does not smell which is nice from other places I have gone. My mother is happy with the food, and the kitchen staff is wonderful also! During my experience with this residence, I have been consistently impressed by the high standard of care, professionalism of the staff, and the warm, welcoming environment they create for their residents. We were greeted at the door and again numerous times during our tour by both employees and residents. It has a friendly vibe. The room is tiny and has no overhead lighting. The shower has a small lip that the resident would need to step over to get in.

We felt very comfortable there, at home. Food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Sad to leave there. What I would like to say to management to help future clients is to go over the house rules and what is expected of them.
