Above and Beyond

Everyone went above and beyond to make my husband stay comfortable at Brookdale. The food was excellent, and there were many choices. He had a very pleasant experience.

Beware

Be very clear in the needs of your loved one. Concerns I expressed were glazed over and the sales person made assurances that I found out were misleading after I signed the contract for my loved one to become a resident. They cancelled his lease after they lost him for 20 minutes. And still required us to pay over [amount removed] when he was kicked out after about 13 hrs of being at the location.....
