Monitor care closely.

You need to make sure your loved one is getting proper care. They are hiring new leadership and now have a nursing coordinator so some items are improving but they need to set better expectations for care and train staff and hold them accountable.

Dad moved to Brookdale North Loveland. The facility is clean. Many of the staff that we met and were introduced to when we were signing up were very friendly and appeared to be very caring and respectful. I was told that the staff turnover there is very low too, in comparison with other places. It is homey and uncluttered. The layout is easy to navigate for the residents because it's like a big square. They have a beauty salon and my dad got a haircut there, which was nice. They have snacks available 24/7 and …
