Review for Brookdale Owasso

The staff have been wonderful for the past year but all of a sudden there has been a lot of turnover, including the director. The changes have been a little hard. The food has also been a problem. It's not as advertised. But there is an interim director who's making changes there for the better.

Run from this place, it is understaffed and the people that live there are not taken care of properly. This place was a nightmare to say the least and I would never put anyone in this facility if you love them.

I visited this facility

It was raining the day that we went to Brookdale Owasso. We had to wait a little bit for our whole crew to get there, and we decided to wait outside so they would only have to open the door once. They kept checking on us to make sure that we were OK outside. The hallway inside when you first walked in was very small. Brookdale Owasso

The staff is wonderful. They're caring and easy to talk to. My parents feel very comfortable with them. This includes the facility director who is hands-on and spends time with the residents on a daily basis. We highly recommend Brookdale

Very nice staff. The apartments were very small and dark. Common areas were a bit cluttered. The dining room appeared crowded and chaotic.

I have removed my mother from Brookdale manager was very good but the nursing and cleaning staff were horrible. I had to stand outside waiting to let me in several times in the rain and cold which tells me not enough staff. Cleaning was a joke supposed to be to be twice a week but that never happened had to get manager to come I never seen them vacuum her room and look at her bathroom and as far as showers were supposed to twice a week but again never happened had to call the manager and still no results for three …
