The overall experience was great, they were very friendly & upfront, extremely welcoming, they really left an impression on all of us, & my mom has been there about a month now & loves it & all the staff.

My mother in law seems very happy. But she doesn't like to utilize transportation to doctors appointments because it's always the maintenance man who takes her. So the family still has to take her to appointments. Other than that, everything seems to go very well. Her meds are better regulated and she's making lots of new friends.

It is kept super clean. We have activities that include crafts, games, movies, etc. Some inside and some outside depending on the weather. We get housekeeping once a week and activities of daily living as needed.

From start to finish Brookdale in Palestine made our process easy. The entire staff is friendly and welcomed our mom with genuine hearts. The things that I love about this facility is their staff has worked there for many years. Some over 20 years. That says a lot when you don’t have turnover like a lot of assisted livings do. The facility is well kept and has nice amenities along with engaging activities for the residents.

Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients. I have had my sister in several facilities. AND HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE PALESTINE IS THE BEST. The food is awesome. They accommodate the patients with what they like to eat. You couldn’t ask for a better caregiver’s.A wonderful place that doesn’t have a lot of turnover.
