Brookdale Pinnacle has been providing excellent care. My loved ones have said the Food is always good and the staff is always kind and friendly. Their care is always good even in my loved ones' opinions. The common areas are always clean and the private areas are cleaned regularly. Laundry is done weekly or done at times when they at meals when the residents are resistant.

Everyone there is very helpful if you need help they drop what they are doing to help. All of the staff from cleaners to admin know every person by name even the relatives that visit regularly the facility is so clean smells clean and the food is excellent. I visit my parents 3 days a week we go out shopping and lunch one day the other 2 I eat with them in the dining room. I have never had anything I didn't like. The staff person who helped with the admission went above and beyond to assist us. I was having trouble getting any orders from Mom's doctors to help with the admission paperwork. The admissions director actually physically went to my Mom's PCP's office and got the paperwork signed. I think that my family and I had a better understanding of what to expect this time, so that helped. And, as before, the staff was kind and patient with my Mom.

It is a nice, clean facility. Like a lot of senior living facilities, I feel it needs a greater staff to resident ratio and also more engaging and nurturing events on a daily basis to engage residents.
