PositiveWe were warmly greeted, given plenty of information and time to ask questions. We were given a tour and were able to see the staff interact with the residents. The environment was attractive, well maintained and the "vibe" was warm and accepting. The philosophy was what sold us: the goal is happy residents, happy families and happy staff. PositiveI would recommend it there.
Everything is great there, the food, the activities and the caretakers. They have all been very nice and helpful to my aunt and myself. It has been a difficult adjustment however. My aunt repeatedly calls for me to come get her and bring her home. That is by no means brookdale fault at all but it has been very trying. I think she might finally be adjusting to her life there. Here's hoping!
