Beautiful, spacious building and grounds. They were terribly understaffed. The temps working on weekends didn't connect with the residents and usually stated they were not employees. Not unusual for caretaker and administrative staff to serve/clean in the dining room. Frequently ran out of some items listed on menu. The food is nothing like shown in their ads. Overall the caretaker staff is pleasant and helpful. During initial visit, I was told my mother could transfer to their Gainesville community when needed…
