PositiveBeautiful setting that is well-kept and spotless here at Canyon Villas. There are so many amazing amenities, and I especially like the complimentary morning classes like Aqua Fit. I went here for my father, who is currently living at [removed]. The people and service are fantastic!

PositiveCanyon Villas is a friendly, warm community with beautiful grounds for walking or just sitting in abundant San Diego sunshine. The care staff is attentive and rooms are suitable for seniors.

CriticalWe arrived here to take a tour, but the sales person on duty was busy. We were able to meet with the assistant and take a look at the community. We saw one of the rooms, and thought it was alright. After the tour we visited with the assistant who explained more about the community. The rooms only contain a dorm fridge and a microwave. There is no way to shop, store and cook any food the is better then what is served from the chow hall. I consider this pl…

PositiveMy husband has been at Canyon Villas for a year and seven months. It was nice, and I liked the people who took good care of my husband. It had a great atmosphere and was central to family and friends. It’s reasonable, yet really expensive here in San Diego. There are different levels of care there, including a dementia unit.

PositiveMy mother-in-law is at Canyon Villas right now. She's doing good there and she didn't have any complaint. I have not tasted the food, but I see everyone eating and I don't hear any complaint. What is nice is that if they didn't like the food, they can have a fruit plate. They have activities like shopping, bingo, readers' clubs and card games. The place is very clean.
