I toured Cardinal Ridge Residential Care. I liked that it was a smaller setting. There seemed to be lots of activities taking place when I visited it, and the fact that there was a nice garden outside area that they're able to visit if they wanted to. The director there was very helpful with the information. She gave me some information about Medicare and said that sometimes it takes a lot of time and paperwork, so it seemed like they were very willing to help with that process. Not what it used to be, think twice before moving your loved one to this place

The information provided in website is not accurate. They do not provide two person transfer. They give out medications, not always correctly. There is a new director as of spring 2020. They have big staff turnover and seem to have lost their compassion for residents.

Cardinal Ridge Residential Care is a nice place to put your loved one. Everybody there is caring, giving, and interested in how well they're giving care to the residents. They have different individuals that take care of the people, there are ones that do cleaning, and ones who do the cooking. The caregivers are there to give care to the people that need it. My husband is in assisted living. The rooms are very nice, they have their own bathrooms, and they're all 1-bedrooms. They have people that come in, …

This was the last place we visited and we almost didn't go! Everything was very nice and the decision was very difficult. The people were great and the size of the place was just right. The determining factor was actually the fact that a resident is from Germany and so is my mother so I thought that would make her feel even more at home!
