Critical

My father spent his final days at Comfort Care. The staff seem to care for him well, however, the reason for only 3 stars is when my father passed I never received a phone call, they only texted me. It was very cold and harsh. I did give them my feedback to hopefully that never happens to anyone again.

Treated Like Family

Carlsbad Comfort Care has been a perfect choice for my mom. It is a beautiful home and the landscaping is appealing. The home environment is very warm and friendly and they treat her like family. They provide loving companionship for her and she is very comfortable. I visit her often so I witness firsthand the outstanding care they are giving her. I would highly recommend Carlsbad Comfort Care to friends and family.

Positive

Toured Vista Comfort Care while lunch was being served. 6 people/2 caregivers during the day. Nice home with beautiful kitchen and dining area. Living room with big screen TV. Nice sized master bedroom with private bathroom available with 30 days notice. French doors open to the backyard. Roman curtains on those doors could be changed out. $3800 - 3900. This is a definite possibilty.
