PositiveFrom the staff to the residents, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Food is great and love all of the activities provided + exercise class options. They also assign you an ambassador when you move in to show you the ropes, go to meals with and introduce you to others that you might have things in common with. My mom was very hesitant to make this move and has honestly loved it since she arrived! I also feel a bit of a relief that she has so many wonderful people around her to help look after her.
★★★★★
PositiveThe apartment is a good size, with plenty of freedom to use and personalize the space, including the backyard, where residents can plant and garden. The cost is also good compared with other facilities we considered. The staff is very good—helpful, caring, friendly, and competent. The facility is clean, there are lots of activities, and the gym is especially nice. My mother was a wonderful cook, so the food was a big concern for her. She finds the food generally decent to excellent. It can get a little boring at …

PositiveWe liked the apartments at Cambridge Village of Apex. They were very well done, especially the one apartment that had a den attached. My interaction with the staff was great. We just spoke to Jordan, the one who took us around, and she was good as well. There was a pub, a full fitness center, a physician on board, a guest room if somebody visited, physical therapy, and a theater.

PositiveMy overall rate at Cambridge Village of Apex has been an amazing, learning and inspiring experience for my dad. I give them 5 stars. Why? My dad was living with me and my young adult son for 4 years. My dad is 80 years old, very active, completely independent, working a part time job once a week and living with moderate dementia. My dad wanted to try an independent living facility in our community to be more involved and active on a daily basis. We chose Cambridge Village of Apex. The staff, residents, and home car…

PositiveI was in a community in South Colorado which was very nice. Based on the two communities, Cambridge Village is far superior and I am the happiest I have been in a long time. The facility offers dining for lunch and dinner and is quiet and relaxed. Also offered is dinner in the Pub which is more open and offers alcoholic beverages. The facility is spacious and bright and offers many classes to suit the needs of various types of individuals. I have found the staff and mechanics/caretakers to be most helpful. The resi…

PositiveI am a resident of Cambridge Village of Apex, and my experience has been positive. I have enough room to do everything I want. I've got an apartment that has a bedroom, a living room, a den, a kitchen, and a bath and a half. I like it. It has a reasonable view, it's not noisy, and we don't have any obnoxious things like people putting out obnoxious fumes and that sort of thing. What I don't like about it is that there's not much within walking distance, so it feels fairly isolated. There ar…
