I liked the community the first time. However, the second visit when speaking to the staff I didn't feel it would be the right fit for my loved one.

Staff needs to communicate more

The staff members could check on the residents more often

we toured this community and the tour was good and they answered all our questions.

A Good Facility

They give my loved one good care, but I feel like they're short-staffed. Because of that, it can take a long time for someone to buzz you in and out of the building. Overall the staff are good, other than a few times here and there that they've been short. They seem to treat my loved one really well. They're friendly to her and very compassionate. When we go to visit, her room is clean, and the hallways are clean. We don't smell anything. So it seems like the cleaning crew does a good job.

Carriage Court is number

The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us, they actually seem to care. Our loved one is in memory care and everyone knows who we are and who she is, they are just fantastic.

They said "mistakes were made". Mom went to hospital with233/115 BP after I made them call 911. Don't send your loved ones here.
