Pros and cons

Experience was great until early this year when there was a lot of staff turnover. From the nursing aides to then the head nurse, communication became difficult The activities such as bingo, movie nights, holiday family dinners were very nice.

I visited Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms. The one thing I liked was the nice private rooms with a bathroom. It was very immaculate. The architecture was beautiful. The place was beautiful, the setting was pretty, and I liked all that. The price was a little high, though. So for now, I'm going to put the whole thing on hold because I think maybe I can handle my husband at home, even if it costs me a few thousand a month. I'll give it a 5 as far as cleanliness and the look of the building and the thing…

Review for Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms

They have been pretty good so far. My overall experience was/is pretty good. [names removed] were great and really helpful in the initial process. All the staff have been friendly and seems to keep us informed when anything happens. The cleanliness has been good as well and I never find my mom just sitting in her room.

We really liked the facility, but we noticed there weren't a lot of employees in the facility. [name removed] is extremely knowledgeable on memory care and all faucets of senior care. An excellent resource for the patient and their families. The memory care unit is a little under our expectations.

The first impression was how lively this community is! Residents were moving about everywhere! It was a beautiful day and lots of people were outside enjoying the sunshine and each other's company. The TV room was busy and everyone seemed to be engaged. The facility is very clean and cheerful. Staff were everywhere and seemed to be caring and helpful. All of my questions were answered and lots of useful information was provided. I thought of more questions after and sent an email. It was answered promptly with exte…

[Name Removed] was well prepared to answer all questions. She provided valuable information for our family to make the best decision possible. Her caring and compassionate for the situation was greatly admired and appreciated. I highly recommend.
