I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

It was my preferred place, but they wouldn't take my brother because of the medication he's on. It's very nice and very well kept up. The people are friendly and helpful. The grounds and the interior are both in good shape. They keep it up very well. The staff during the tour was helpful. We've had different relatives that have stayed there in the past, and the food was good and the care was good. Everything was fine.

Chapters Living of Edwardsville

Absolutely wonderful staff and great care of mom. I've not seen anything that is out of place or dirty. A slight smell of urine but that's to be expected and it wasn't strong at all. Everyone is always so kind to us and mom. For the first time in my life, my mom actually likes me since she has had her meds accurately adjusted. Every time I have called everyone has been so pleasant and professional. Every place is expensive and I'm very happy with the facility that is taking care of mom.

Chapters fills the bill

We were kind of in a pinch when I called A Place For Mom. My mother had been kicked out of her assisted living facility which was 110 miles away from my home. From her removal to placement at Chapters was three days. My wife and I had to secure mom in a nursing facility until I could find a secure memory care facility that had an opening.
