My father-in-law was at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home for long-term care. We were very pleased with their services. They always communicated with us anytime anything happened. The staff was outstanding. We really had no complaints. We thought they were very, very good. They were very attentive to his needs, and it was just a very friendly type of environment. Almost everybody there is a veteran or the spouse of a veteran. They had activities for them. They always had something going on for the residents, and we like…

My father spent several months at Charlote Hall Va center. I was VERY concerned about his care. The nurses there, the caregivers were all so caring and thoughtful. Everyone at the facility was wonderful even the beautiful woman who came to clean my father’s room was so caring If i had a concern it was taken care of right away. The one tome my father had a problem the head nurse, social worker and main person of the facility came so fast it was comical, the problem was fixed and taken care of. I felt secure in leavi…

My father is in Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, receiving skilled nursing care. It's a veteran's facility, although they don't take VA benefits, which is a little strange. It's also why we need to get him out of there. Other than that, I've found the staff to be wonderful. The facility is also clean and beautiful, and has lots of activities for the residents. My dad is going to be in respite care at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. It meets his needs. It's excellent. I wouldn't place him anywhere where it isn't up to par. It's clean. It's a perfect setting. It's very well maintained. The staff who accommodated us was very knowledgeable. She has been there for a while. The dining area is clean and very well-organized. For activities, they go on field trips, they have entertainment that comes in, and they play bingo and games.

I visited on March25 without appt. no suprises the facility is following all CDC protocol for, visitor entry. The lst. point of contact was polite attentive & courteous. This was a new location for my brother & it was immaculate bright, clean & smelling fresh. he looked very well clean shaved & fresh haircut. My brother is now at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home. It's beautiful, very nice, and very well run. His room is very nice, the grounds are beautiful, and the facility is very organized. The staff is very nice. He is very well liked there. Before COVID, they had a lot of day programs like day trips, shopping trips, and a lot of group activities. It has been positive.
