Place is beautiful, clean and helpful/friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Dining (restaurant style) and a lot of various activities. Very community/home atmosphere

The Charter Senior Living of Kenosha's grounds and the location were very nice. It seemed to be a pleasant place to live. They had pretty good-sized rooms. The only reason I didn't jump at going there is that I'm not sure there's enough care for my mom. The facility seems like an older building, which is fine. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents moved into Charter Senior Living of Kenosha. We chose this facility because it was much better, brighter, and had more to do. They could stay together in the same apartment and bring their cats. We love the staff, the brightness and size of the apartment, and the dining room. The staff are very kind and helpful to them, and they make them laugh every day. I prefer a nicer restaurant, but I'd say maybe a four for them. I do not feel that the staff are as responsive to some of the needs of the residents as they should be.

So glad I was able to move my Aunt here. It has a real sense of community and she had a wonderful year here. I truly could not have found a better place.

Not as advertised not close

Mom has been here 3 months and we have done more work than this place can do. High turn over. Care plan not followed Med disbursment chabby missed doses pills on floor. Soiled bedding no common sense when cleaning or caring for soiled laundry. Memory care not even in existance. Use the pendant they say...haha response time non existaning.
