PositiveThe communication with the executive director was very helpful. The staff is kind and friendly. It is very much a family type atmosphere and my dad seems comfortable and well cared for.
★★★★★
CriticalHigh staff turnover. Staff is inexperienced. No communications between shifts. Have been short handed at times.
