PositiveI've noticed there seems to be high turnover in staff especially in the kitchen area. Consequently food is cold, badly prepared and even shortages for folks who eat in the last shift. This is a huge concern for the family as my mom weighs 90 lbs holding a box of rocks.
★★★★★
PositiveMy sister is in Clover Health Care, and I would probably want to go there. It has a homey feel. Everything seems to be fine, clean, and updated. I think everything is as close to home as it can be for being in a facility. They have entertainment and bingo. The food could always be better, but it's not too bad for being in a community like that. I'm a home cook, and I cook well, so I find it a little bit less than appealing.

PositiveWe toured Clover Health Care and looked at the locked memory care units. They were updating the units so that each patient had an individual bedroom with a shared bathroom and a little common area where they could sit and watch their TV, if they wanted to. They were upgrading and were gonna be replacing the carpets and stuff like that. The staff who welcomed us there were very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. The only thing is that they didn't have us on the schedule, but they were available for the tour a…

CriticalThings are promised but lied to. No cooking in the rooms as promised. No food delivery as promised. Have to pay extra for room delivery of meals.
★★★★★
CriticalIt smelled terribly, I visited 2x because they said they were renovating. It was months after the first visit and it was the same. They want that amount of money, they need to up their game. It was sad and disgusting and there was no way I would put my mother there!!
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited Clover Health Care. We toured the dining facilities and all three of their services. They're comparable to the other facilities. It's a restaurant style. The rooms are the same size as the other facility, except for the memory care, where you have an option of either a companion or a private room. It's well-maintained, and they're in the process of renovating, so they're making improvements. They're definitely investing in the infrastructure. The staff was very friendly, hel…
