PositiveVery nice facility. Not a new facility but very well maintained! More renovations are currently underway which is great. Gives one a “homey” feel throughout the building. The rooms we visited were well-sized and very clean. Our host was well-versed into every aspect of facility versus our expectations and questions. Location of the facility is a plus, neighborhood was quiet and traffic does not appear to be a problem.

Both of my parents are happy with their apartment, the cleaning service and the dining hall. They are happier when Sunrise owned it. Now with Cogir some things are not as good. Such as less menu choices.

PositiveA lot to like here. The floorplans we looked at were bright with natural light. There were many inviting covered seating areas outside to enjoy in cooler weather. My concern was the 90-minute mealtime windows. During our working lives we worked second shift and even retired that's our bodies' schedule. My husband would sleep through breakfast and nap through dinnertime.

The overall experience is a 1. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly. The quality of care is a 2 and depends on the caregiver. [Name Removed] is amazing, but there was a time I came after church at 10 and no one had gotten her out of bed. She was still in pajamas, was wet, had not been taken down for breakfast, and did not have her hearing aids in. They have changed administrative staff five times in one year. The food is a 1.
