Columbine Chateau

Disappointed

My family has been very disappointed with Columbine Chateau. The communication with the family has been terrible, non existent. I would not recommend this facility to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Columbine Chateau and it was an ok tour experience overall, but at the end of the day it was just not going to be the correct place for our loved one

Trusting and Caring

The home setting is great! They encourage visitors at any time. They are friendly and it is always clean. The residents are encouraged to get up and dressed daily. They also all eat together in kitchen dining area. The price is all inclusive so you don't have to worry about constant add ons. Very happy with this facility. Also works closely with hospice when needed.

Some changes are needed

They are friendly most of the time. They have a lot of activites. We picked this community, because I knew the nurse that was doing the patient intake. They need to put their rental agreement on the website becasue somethings were missed. With care services, they can add more personnel, it was one person trying to work with everyone, except at meal time. They were good with getting my loved in and but they are lacking on the account side.

By far the worst place ever

This place is all a lie they leave our loved ones soaked in urine an shit they put them in other residence clothing my mom had others clothing on an they had my mother clothes on they don’t feed em enough I seen that they will only give them one small plate constantly asking why is my mom arms bruised an no answer ever the can’t keep employees they are always short staffed they don’t take the residents out NOWHERE they literally get up eat breakfast sit in the living room till 10 they go to kitchen get a string che…

A great Place for Mom

This community really takes the time to meet the individual needs of every resident here at the community. 90 % of the staff are very helpful and the level of communication is excellent.
