PositiveI was not there for direct experience since I live in NH. But we generally felt that the staff was responsive and accommodating and Karen got the care she needed for her short stay. I'm sorry I can't be more specific. We provided feedback last year but I cannot find that wording. We are very grateful to your services at a time when they made a HUGE difference during a crisis moment. So grateful to your services and the facility for getting us through a really difficult spot. We could not have asked for more. Thank …

Positive1. Overall experience - 5 2. Cleanliness - facilities, 5, often a struggle with urine/feces smell through residential hallway 3. Friendliness - 5 - amazing staff 4. Quality of care - 4, we didn't need a lot of care for mon 5. Admin staff - 5 6. Food - 4.5 - the menu always "sounds " great, but it's still mass cooked meals for an older crowd, maybe I'm not the best judge, my mom is liking it 7. Activities - 5, appreciate the visiting musicians greatly 8. Value - tough question, this is an exceptionally overpr…

PositiveOverall experience - Admin snafus at the end regarding getting the refund for the balance. Took a long time and had to be resubmitted due to them sending the check so late that the bank rejected it and had to reissue a new check. 2. Cleanliness - The main ding is that the admin/finance lady had a very cluttered office and there were small ants crawling around. The rest of the facility was clean. 3. Friendliness - Staff was great 4. Quality of Care - [Name Removed] provided the majority of care but the staff seem…

PositiveThank you so much for all your help - so grateful. And your service was an absolute godsend. Made all the difference to us when my brother and I were in crisis mode needing to find respite care for [name removed] and in a quick timeframe and with a limited budget. I felt like your organization was a guardian angel helping us narrow our search from 100s of options to a select list of realistic matches. Many thanks.

PositiveCommonwealth Senior Living at Chesterfield is the one that I would consider. They have a one-time fee of $4000, but it is used to update the facility to make it more modern, which is what they're doing, and I can understand that. What I liked about them was that it was more professional. They had a reception at the very front, and I was introduced to the director. When you went inside the room, it was very nicely designed. She asked me questions, and then we did the tour. It was more professional. They had a b…

PositiveThey show having a salon when you take a tour but they really don't. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
