The rooms and the apartments at the independent living community of The Conservatory at Plano were a good size and had a nice design to them. The people were very friendly, and there was a lot of interaction between the people who lived there. Those were the strong points. We tried their food, and we were disappointed with it. We've tried it twice, and the first time, it just wasn't all that flavorful, or at least it wasn't a flavor that I liked. The second time, the food was undercooked. When we bro…

Staff is extremely helpful and understanding. My mom was struggling to make the step to move after my father's death and they answered every single question asked. Even if already asked. They didn't pressure her to making a decision at all. Months after she moved she was hospitalized, she had schedule a Kroger delivery. Front desk called myself, when I explained we were still in the ER waiting to be admitted they found someone to put my mom's food in her apartment and put the cold stuff in the fridge. Amazing help …

I came to The Conservatory two years ago. I chose it because I liked the looks of the place and how friendly the staff and residents were. If you partake in only a few of the many activities offered you can be kept busy. We have maid service and I can’t say enough good about the service I get. We have movies in our own theater and special guest lectures. Our book club is a great place to discover books and discuss the monthly selection.
