The tour at Copper Creek Senior Living was very professional. The tour guide, Jenny, was helpful. She answered all my questions. Everything was just very professional and understandable. I was impressed with the facility, and the people who work there seem to be happy and have been there for a long time. It was great. They had everything anybody would need. My sister was in the Alzheimer's unit. When I would come in, staff would come out of their office to speak with me, update me on my sister's activities. They were very kind, caring and attentive. The building was always very clean, no antiseptic smell, and everyone was friendly, offering help if we needed it.

The reason I gave the activities a 4 is my mom hasn't done very many. The facility has plenty to choose from and they sound fun just she hasn't done enough to really give them a 5. Everyone is so nice and they very helpful and good to my mom
