Cottages at Green Valley

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Residence live in a cottage of 12 en suite studio apartments, with common kitchen area, TV area, living room. There is staff. In the cottage overnight, as well as during the day, so residents are never alone.. The food is good. My mom has gained a bunch of weight. The Activities Director is outstanding, and the residence are busy.

Easy transition, friendly staff!

The experience has been very easy and smooth for the most part. The level care is excellent and my mother in law is really enjoying the social aspect of living near other people and the activities available. The staff is quick to respond to questions and they are also very quick to help [name removed] with any issues in her room.

[Name Removed] took my son and myself on a tour of the Cottages of Green Valley. She was very informative about how the Cottages operated. I was impressed with how comfortable the patients were with each other and the staff. Each cottage was easily accessible for inter campus activities. [Name Removed] explained all the paperwork that was needed to complete enrollment in understandable language. would recommend but opportunities for improvement

Positive: My father in law likes the food and the staff. He has gained weight which is good. His room is clean and he is clean. Negative: They have had a lot of staff turnover. He has recently had a couple medication errors, he fell out of his wheelchair once (no injury), the administrators are slow to respond to inquiries about these events.

It was a good experience but the elderly individual that was touring said not for him. As for myself, the courtyard offered serenity.

the staff cares about their patients

The cottages at green valley has provided my wife with a safe and caring environment. They do field trips once a week. The administrative staff, however, has problems returning phone calls. Maybe hey are too busy on return them.
