PositiveInitially I met with [name removed], the director, with each of us sharing, my needs and what the facility had to offer. Following this he showed me through the immaculately clean facility, through on-going activities and the Memory Care section with introductions to the staff. I was impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness. It’s certainly worth consideration for your loved one.

Well Vista Point At Mira Loma the food's OK. The staff is wonderful very friendly. Just one problem is that I got a half off deal supposedly when I put my wife into Vista Point At Mira Loma and was very reasonable it came to [removed]a month and then after three months they wanted to put her in memory care which of course is $[removed] more a month. I didn't agree with this. It seemed to me that this was a bait and switch. She does have dementia and it has gotten worse since she got put into memory care. That's the…

Staff is very nice apartment size good, we have two bedroom, two bath. The cleanliness is ok, it could be better. The food is fair, the meals are too close together.

PositiveHi, I met with [name removed] for our tour of the facility. [name removed] is very nice and very knowledgeable. All of the staff that we saw and spoke with were wonderful. Even one of the residents had us doing puzzles. lol. The facility is very clean, I loved the dining room, and all of the activities they offer. Even a movie theater! I can see me and mom spending time together watching a movie and eating popcorn. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend a tour to anybody interested.
