We felt the admin was incredibly helpful and generous with us doing a short-term respite stay. My dad ended up staying 9 weeks, one week longer than their maximum for respite stays. My dad fell on his last day there and punched a whole in the shower wall, and the admin staff did not make us pay for repairs even though we offered. Our biggest concern was that they seemed short-staffed. Response time when my dad pressed his call button was often 5+ minutes which feels like an eternity in the bathroom or after a fall…

My parents are residents of Crossroads at Northglenn. We like their cleanliness and their friendly attitude to everyone, as well as their eagerness to help. The staff is very friendly, very attentive, and very thorough. My parents like the food and, as far as I can tell, my parents are happy with it. We toured Crossroads at Northglenn and didn't like it. We talked to them about finding an assisted living place for my mom, and they showed us some senior living apartments. It was a nice place, clean, and the staff were friendly. However, in all the other places we checked, the people were outside of their rooms and active, and the staff knew them by name. Great staff and residents!

My mom was very hesitant about moving into an assisted living home and refused to eat in the dining room with strangers! They told her if she felt uncomfortable , meals would be delivered to her room. When we moved her in so many people welcomed her in! So the first day/night my mom went to the dining room and has been going there for every meal!!!!! Thank goodness. She’s safe and has met new friends.

We toured Crossroads at Northglenn, and nothing stood out at all. It was an okay place. The lady I was talking with, Sharon, was a sweetheart and very helpful. My friend's mom is a vegetarian, and that's something very important. So, they brought the cook out there, and she said they don't have many vegetarian options.
