PositiveI could not have found a better place for my husband.
From the director to the head nurses and the staff down the line, everyone made us feel like family. It's a lovely, quiet, gentle, place to live and for my husband who had cancer, to die. Everyone was there for us through it all and I could not be more grateful and glad that I chose Cypress Creek. I sent the staff flowers and a card thanking them. I can't imagine going through that without them.

This is a beautiful facility with a caring staff among all departments. The caregivers are particularly friendly and helpful to specific needs. I have run into the owners multiple times and they are always very pleasant and involved with daily operations. The activity program is very interactive that often invites families to attend. I love the new furniture and overall decor, elegant but comfortable. I highly recommend this facility.

Do not place your loved ones in any kris leigh assisted living facility! The owners, and directors treat the residents and employees like trash! They take all the money they can from their residents, they over work their employees and bully the caregivers they will be terminated or taken off the schedule if they call in sick! They make the caregivers work unhealthy back to back double shifts! The managers sit in the office all day while the residents go un heard! The caregivers will work by themselves and take care…
