PositiveIndependent living
I developed a medical condition that was not improving and I wanted to make a move while I could do it myself. My expectation level was realistic. Danbury Cuyahoga Falls fit all my needs. The staff is very friendly and competent, though they are currently looking for a full time chef. The activities are good for most of the residents. I have strong connections in the area so I’ve been able to maintain those.

Communication is not good - l had to ask a million Questions on move in day, things like how medication worked, how laundry was collected and how to come and go and take a resident out were only explained when l asked or l was corrected after l made a mistake. Danbury's food and cleanliness is wonderful the staff are as good as it gets. The activities are very good for the residents. The room size is great. My mother recently moved to Danbury Senior Living in Cuyahoga Falls. The experience has been so very positive. She leapt in with both feet participating in activities and outing on the bus. The residents and staff have been welcoming and kind. Every single staff member has been so very kind and helpful to her and our family through the process. I recommend Danbury Senior Living very highly!

The apartment size is adequate for my MIL's needs. It allows her to navigate the room even with reduced strength and limited vision. The facility is always clean and fresh smelling. The food is well prepared with variety in the menu and the option for customization at any given meal. As with any facility, staffing can be challenged at times but overall the staff is very responsive to her needs when called with her alert button. I would recommend the community to others.
