PositiveExperience with Danbury Tallmadge
Some nurses are very attentive if they are older and the younger ones are get done and get to the next job or person. They all are very kind and caring. The memory care unit is really nice and they offer activities to keep them busy. If you have a need the ladies at the front desk when you come in, are always ready to help. All of the residents love the menu, for breakfast, lunch and dinner they can pretty much ask for whatever they want. I feel we made the right choice for my mother in law. The rooms are cleaned a…

I am in residence at Danbury Tallmadge. We recently had a power outage. Without electricity our elevators were out of service. Many residents were unable to get to the dining room. Some residents were at dinner and could not get to their rooms. There are stairs but most residents require either a wheelchair or a walker. Our directors here are caring people. In spite of it being Sunday our Executive Director Mike was right here with us. He kept us informed about what the power company was saying.He helped those on o…

They are understaffed and I felt like they told lies to get her in there. They also were not forthcoming about needing to provide a 30 day cancellation. I told them she'd only be in there for a few weeks and they are still trying to bill them for 2 months They told her she was allowed to have her dog there and that the staff would walk the dog for her which wasn't true She was left on the toilet several times
